from experience, what has worked the best, by the way this is for someone who has “lost interest” know what I mean? or well getting an ex back in anyway will help, please list which things worked best and which made things even worse, thank you very much ahead of time!

I would stop any communication for a while. Do not cry or apologize. Keep yourself collected, even a little cold if you wish. I don’t know why but that always worked for me. It seems that your ex thinks that you are getting over them and they start to be the one calling, texting, etc.
