coping with breakups?

What is the best way to deal with that if everything from the underwear you have to wear (coz he bought it or u bought it together) to just someone asking you to how you are brings loads of memories and you just cry.
Have to go to uni and work but am just in tears all the time so can’t stay there for longbefore i decide to leave plus friends wont help not because they are not trying again just memories again….guess it was a wasted 4 and half years but not handling things well at moment.

I know it seems hard and it hurts, but sometimes things don’t work out for a reason or some men like to have a woman love them only so they can break them down. Even if you feel strong feelings, push them to the back of your mind and forget!! As time goes by it may get easier. And when you want to cry, just imagine someone can see you. No matter how weird you may act during this time-you wouldnt give someone the satisfaction of seeing they broke you to crying? To misery? Even if they did. No one has to know but you. And don’t forget how much this hurts now, so you don’t get wrapped up in someone in the future. Being in a relationship is nice, but not ever fully trusting people who are out to hurt you is better in the long run.

Me and My husband Have been falling apart for about 6 mounths now, He dosent want to hug,me , kiss me, make love he also wont let me hold him at night anymore. He say he just wants to be left alone but it is breaking my heart. I feel lost someone give me some advise to help save our marriage, I love him so much and would do anything to save this marriage.

How could you save a marriage that only one truly supports?

both people with a passion to be together but only one that really truly supports the relationship and the other is just doing there own thing, and what if the one with the support is all out of love and is trying to love but it hurts to love and it hurts to keep giving knowing that nothing is ever given back to them. and what if the other person flips from good to bad and you never know when there going to not want the other supportive one around and only wants the supportive one around at their beck and call?

You can’t save a marriage if both parties aren’t fully invested. That is the pure truth, marriage takes two people -any relationship does. You can’t force something that another person isn’t fully wanting also. Move on!

How can a marriage be saved after months of separation?

My husband & I have been separated for months. I still love him & want to work things out, although we have both moved on…he has his own place in another town miles from us & I have my own home now. I have told him about my feelings, but he ignores them & tries to run away from them. I am the one who filed for divorce because he had changed in so many ways & was on something that had changed him very much. He was totally upsetting our daughters & myself all the time. I couldn’t take it anymore. Now I want him back, but the way he used to be. Is it hopeless? What do I do? Our divorce is not over yet, but could be this month. I forgot to mention we have been married 22 years..almost 23.

How do you know when it is too late to save a relationship and you should break up?

All we do is argue now. We seem to have lost all respect for each other and the love we show is not the same as it once was when we first met. It is like at this moment, it is a burden for each of us to hang on to this, and yet, when we think of moving on, we can’t stand to not have each other in our lives. How do you know when it’s just better to move on, or stay and mend it the relationship?

I’m going through this myself right now. Granted I’m sure we have different issues, but me and my boyfriend (now ex, we’re taking a break) weren’t happy. I’m not sure if this break will help anything, or if we’re going to get back together or not, but it doesn’t hurt to try. Sometimes you just need your own space and time to reflect on yourself. Maybe you guys should take a short break, so you can think about everything, really decide if you want to be together, if you can see yourselves having a future..etc. It’s not always the solution, but if you want to try and make things work, maybe it could help things. Communication is key here, you both need to talk about your needs, why you’re not happy, what you both think you could do differently.
